Arshin Kulkarni, who is currently part of India’s U-19 squad, shared a video on social media which has gone viral in no time. The teenaged cricket star happens to be a big Jacques Kallis fan and when he got an opportunity to meet the South African legend ahead of the tournament set to be played in the Rainbow country, he couldn’t resist touching his feet to seek his blessing before shaking his hands and interacting with one of the greatest all-rounders ever seen in the history of cricket.
“The best day of my life,” Kulkarni wrote along with the heartwarming video.
“For the past 12 years you have been the person i looked upon as a perfect cricketer and as a role model, Today was the day when i finally met you every time my parents asked me about my favourite destination, I would say south africa in a hope that i would finally get to meet him i have always been your admirer and you have always been my inspiration ALWAYS AND FOREVER SIR 🙏❤️,” he added.
