A toy manufacturing unit located in Ghaziabad’s Sahibabad industrial area was on fire on , causing a significant amount of thick smoke to rise above the industrial area and create a large-scale emergency.
The fire quickly spread throughout the factory after breaking out, leading fire officials to deploy numerous teams to the scene. Ten fire tenders have been mobilized as firefighters struggled with the fire.
A major fire erupted at a toy manufacturing unit in Ghaziabad’s Sahibabad industrial area, deploying ten fire tenders to combat the blaze and prevent its spread amidst rising smoke, with the cause and potential injuries still undetermined.
The emphasis has been on preventing the spread of flames to nearby factories and other buildings in the densely populated industrial area. Firefighters are using a number of water lines to fight the fire and prevent it from spreading.
Videos and images captured the factory on fire, surrounded by a thick cloud of black smoke.
Authorities have yet to identify the cause of the fire. There is still no official information on whether employees or other people in the premises had been injured.
Fire department crews are battling the fire while more information is awaited regarding the damage to the property and whether people or other workers were present inside the factory.
