Arts Room and Gondwana Art Project Present ‘Echoes Of Nature’
Arts Room, the global cuisine restaurant by Ambrosia Hospitality at the Eldeco Centre, has unveiled its exclusive month-long exhibition with Gondwana Art Project, ‘Echoes of Nature’, running from March 10 to April 10, 2025. The exhibition was inaugurated by H.E. Mr. Federico Salas, Ambassador of Mexico and offers an immersive cultural experience where culinary expression meets tribal art. Arts Room at Eldeco Centre is renowned for its seamless blend of art, hospitality and culinary innovation. Inspired by classical global recipes, reimagined with locally sourced ingredients and complemented by art-inspired cocktails, Arts Room offers a unique dining experience.
Along with the exhibits and the signature dishes, guests can also try the special menu inspired by Gondwana Art Project curated by Chef Parth Saxena. The Kothimbir Vadi Fried Panisse combines a Maharashtrian coriander crisp with Thecha Aioli for a spicy, crunchy delight. The Karandi Bhaji Taco offers a fusion of seafood and vegetarian elements with shrimp, sweet potato, mushroom chutney and a bhakri shell, available in two portion sizes. Meat lovers will enjoy the Bhuna Meat Boti on Roti, featuring succulent pulled lamb on jowar roti, paired with a robust garlic chutney. For seafood enthusiasts, the Patar Poda Mas presents a fiery pomfret dish served with sticky rice. To end on a unique note, the Goan Red Rice Miso Ice Cream promises an adventurous dessert experience.
