Named lovingly after his younger sister, Arpita, Salman Khan’s 150-acre farmhouse in Panvel is a reflection of his deep connection with family and nature.
Salman Khan’s 150-acre Arpita Farms in Panvel is valued at Rs 80 crore.
Far from the bustle of Mumbai, nestled in the lush outskirts of Panvel, lies a tranquil retreat that mirrors Salman Khan’s private, grounded persona. Spread across an impressive 150 acres, Arpita Farms – named lovingly after the actor’s younger sister – stands as both a personal sanctuary and a reflection of his deep connection with family and nature.
The farmhouse first came into public view during the pandemic, when Salman Khan frequently shared glimpses of his life away from the arc lights. Through Instagram posts that captured moments of stillness and simplicity, fans discovered a side of the superstar rarely seen. It was surrounded by greenery, animals, and quiet reflection.
Rustic Elegance With Modern Indulgence
Valued at approximately Rs 80 crore, Arpita Farms is a seamless blend of countryside charm and contemporary luxury. The sprawling estate is a testament to understated opulence where earthy architecture meets sophisticated comfort. The main residence features a spacious, wood-accented layout with large windows that invite natural light and panoramic views of the lush surroundings.
A lavish swimming pool designed like a resort centerpiece, complete with palm trees, Buddha sculptures, and lounging spaces, anchors the outdoor area. The calm of water, paired with open green vistas, creates a space that feels worlds away from the relentless energy of Mumbai’s film sets.
Fitness, Family, And Farm Life
True to Salman Khan’s enduring commitment to fitness, the farmhouse houses a state-of-the-art gymnasium equipped with the latest workout gear. Horses graze in the property’s well-maintained stables which is a nod to the actor’s love for riding and animals. During the lockdown, his posts often featured these candid moments: from horseback rides to hands-on farming sessions that revealed his surprisingly green thumb.
Arpita Farms isn’t just a luxury residence; it’s an emotional landscape – a space where family bonds and self-reflection take precedence. The name itself underscores its sentimentality, a heartfelt tribute to his sister Arpita Khan Sharma.
For Salman Khan, Arpita Farms embodies balance. It is a rare haven where strength meets stillness. It’s more than a weekend home; it’s a retreat that reflects the actor’s evolution beyond stardom which is rooted in simplicity, yet surrounded by quiet grandeur. In a world that never stops watching, this Panvel paradise remains his most beautiful act of retreat.
