Actor and reality TV star Krystle D’Souza recently opened the doors to her Mumbai home for a tour with filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan and her cook, Dilip. The visit, featured in Farah’s latest vlog, offered a glimpse into the actor’s beautiful space in Lokhandwala, Mumbai.
From an elegant living room and a dedicated glam room to a well-organised walk-in closet, Krystle’s home reflects a mix of comfort, fashion and contemporary design. One of the biggest highlights, however, was her bedroom, which Farah jokingly compared to a room in New York.
Krystle’s living room blends elegance with a cosy feel
The living room follows a muted palette of cream, beige and brown, giving the space a warm and understated look. A large wooden coffee table sits at the centre, surrounded by cream-coloured sofas. Plants, books, decorative pieces and a patterned rug add personality to the room, while paintings and framed artwork complement the overall decor. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open the living area towards a balcony, where cosy seating offers views of the Mumbai skyline.
The dining area continues the home’s classic aesthetic, with a large wooden table and chairs set against a backdrop of paintings and frames.
Farah Khan calls Krystle’s bedroom ‘New York’
The bedroom appears to be one of the standout spaces in the house. A large glass window offers a city view, prompting Farah Khan to joke that they had walked into a bedroom in New York. “Oh my, Krystle. We are in a bedroom in New York. You can see the Empire State Building from here,” Farah said during the tour.
The room features a neatly made beige bed with a white comforter, but the floral Sabyasachi wallpaper is what really catches the eye. According to the report, the wallpaper costs around Rs 35,000 per roll, adding a distinctly luxurious touch to the bedroom.

Krystle also showed Farah her walk-in closet, which was neatly organised and filled with designer clothes and handbags. Farah was visibly impressed by how tidy the space was. Krystle revealed that she even uses some of her designer bags for everyday outings, prompting Farah to joke about her own choice of bags. The home also has a separate glam room where Krystle gets ready. The room features a large orange sofa and a neon message on the stone wall that reads, “Everything You Can Imagine Is Real.”
‘This is my house, my own house’
Beyond the interiors, the home tour also offered a glimpse into Krystle’s journey of building a home of her own. When Farah asked whether the property was genuinely hers and not rented, Krystle responded that she had worked extremely hard for it. She also recalled previously living in a much smaller two-bedroom home in Sion.
The contrast between her earlier home and the spacious Lokhandwala residence made the tour more personal than a simple celebrity house walkthrough. Krystle’s home, with its carefully designed interiors, fashion-filled closet and New York-inspired bedroom.
