- 0.5 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Piece Ripe Banana
- 4 Tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup
- 4 Tablespoon Unsweetened Applesauce or Melted Coconut Oil

- 0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
