Gin Cocktail
Ingredients:
- Gin-50ml
- Ginger Ale-100ml
- Orange Wedge –1 pc
Method: Pour gin in a glass, add lots of ice, top up with Ginger ale and garnish with an orange wedge
Garnish: Orange Wedge
Rum cocktail
Ingredients:
- Citron Rum-50ml
- Lime juice-15ml
- Honey-15ml
- Basil/Mint- a few
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker or a jar, add lots of ice and shake well for 10 secs, Fine strain in a cocktail glass and garnish with a basil leaf

- Dark Rum-50ml
- Cola/Diet Coke-100ml
- Lime Wedge-1
Method:
Pour dark rum in a tall glass, add lots of ice, and top up with cola or diet cola, squeeze a lime wedge and drop it in the glass
