NEW DELHI: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has decided to send the chairperson of the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW), Swati Maliwal, to the Rajya Sabha. Maliwal will become a Rajya Sabha member for the first time. AAP’s political affairs committee (PAC) has also chosen to nominate Sanjay Singh and ND Gupta for their second terms as members of the upper house, given that their current term concludes on January 27, 2024.
