New Delhi: Popular television couple Surbhi Chandna and Karan Sharma are enjoying a milestone today—their first wedding anniversary. The happy couple, who exchanged wedding vows on March 2, 2024, at Jaipur’s breathtaking Chomu Palace, have surprised their followers with a touching wedding trailer, giving them a sneak peek inside the dreamy ceremony.
In a joint Instagram post, Surbhi Chandna and Karan Sharma said, “We waited an entire year to share these lovely wedding memories with you all who celebrated our special day throughout the year. We both received so many blessings from so many of you! Here’s to the first of many beautiful years together. Happy 1st Anniversary to us!”
Fans get a sneak peek at the joyous celebration of their lifetime commitment in their wedding trailer, which beautifully depicts the spirit of their love story—full of passion, joy and amazing memories.
In this touching and well-produced video, they show their loved ones the fun side of wedding planning while taking viewers behind the scenes. As the trailer opens, Karan admits that he was the one responsible for the wedding’s preparation. One of his custom-made t-shirts read, “groom and the wedding planner.”

Meanwhile, Karan shared an emotional moment, saying, “The day I met her, I know I have met my forever one.” In another heartfelt scene, Surbhi became emotional as she shared a warm hug with her father during one of their wedding celebrations.

A Special Soundtrack
The heartfelt music, which includes the couple’s favourite song ‘Mera Bina’ and a unique song written for their wedding by Kavyakriti, ‘Ek Tumhi Ho’, were the major highlights of the wedding trailer. As Surbhi put it in the caption, “Mera Bina is Song That Is Close To Us and Karan would often dedicate it to me in our initial years of dating.”
In January 2024, the pair confirmed their long-term relationship by announcing their engagement on social media. After 13 years of secret dating, Surbhi and Karan finally tied the knot in March 2024.
