the
development

historical
sites.
During
a
review
meeting
at
his
residence,
Sharma
highlighted
the
significance
of
Rajasthan’s
cultural,
religious,
and
historical
landmarks
as
integral
parts
of
the
state’s
ancient
legacy.

the
government’s
dedication
to
safeguarding
and
enhancing
this
rich
heritage.

pointed
out
that
Rajasthan
holds
vast
potential
for
religious
and
cultural
tourism.
He
noted
that
maintaining
places
of
worship
could
significantly
boost
tourism,
thereby
creating
numerous
job
opportunities.
“Preserving
our
places

faith

the
tourism
sector,

opportunities,” Sharma
stated.
Development
Initiatives
for
Tourism
Under
the
Sankalp
Patra
initiative,
the
government
announced
plans
to
develop
the
Braj
Chaurasi
Circuit
into
a
devotional
tourism
hub.
According
to
Sharma,
tourism
facilities
are
being
established
along
the
Braj
Chaurasi
Kos
Parikrama
Marg.
He
urged
officials
to
expedite
development
projects
at
Poonchri
Ka
Lautha
Deeg
and
complete
procedures
for
constructing
various
panoramas
dedicated
to
Shri
Gokul
Jat,
Raja
Khemkaran,
Dev
Baba,
and
Govind
Swami.
The
Chief
Minister
also
emphasized
the
need
for
rapid
development
at
the
Tanot
Mata
Temple
in
Jaisalmer.
He
called
for
improved
arrangements
for
devotees
visiting
this
site.
Additionally,
Sharma
stressed
enhancing
connectivity
between
Girduwala,
Kuldhara,
and
Longewala
with
Jaisalmer
and
Tanot
while
developing
tourist
amenities
in
these
regions.
Enhancing
Educational
Engagement
Sharma
proposed
regular
school
tours
to
historical
and
cultural
monuments
to
help
students
become
familiar
with
Rajasthan’s
heritage.
This
initiative
aims
to
educate
young
minds
about
the
state’s
rich
history
and
cultural
significance
through
firsthand
experiences.
In
a
recent
cabinet
meeting
held
in
Prayagraj,
a
decision
was
made
to
renovate
temples
located
outside
Rajasthan.
Sharma
instructed
officials
from
the
Devsthan
Department
to
conduct
surveys
and
compile
a
list
of
such
temples
requiring
renovation.
Potential
Tourist
Destinations
The
Chief
Minister
suggested
that
Sambhar
Lake
near
Jaipur
could
be
developed
into
a
major
tourist
attraction
similar
to
Gujarat’s
Rann
of
Kutch.
This
proposal
aims
to
enhance
Rajasthan’s
appeal
as
a
diverse
tourist
destination
by
leveraging
its
natural
landscapes.
