The Punjab education department has requested students from lessons 1 to 8 to learn one Punjabi phrase daily during their summer vacation, an initiative, it mentioned, will assist them join with their cultural roots.
Punjab School Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains on Saturday mentioned students of lessons one to eight in authorities and personal faculties will discover and memorise one phrase of the Punjabi language daily.
