Combining content intelligence, AI-powered production, multilingual audio generation capabilities and commercial decision-making into a single platform, Trinetra AI is designed to help creators develop, validate, produce and monetise stories with faster speed, efficiency and predictability. The platform supports creators across the entire content value chain: from story development and production to localisation and monetisation.
“The future of entertainment will belong to those who can combine creativity with intelligence. Trinetra AI is our attempt to build that bridge. While AI has dramatically expanded content creation capabilities, we believe the bigger opportunity lies in helping creators understand what stories audiences will connect with, why they will resonate, and how they can be scaled commercially,” said Azim Lalani, co-founder and chief business officer at Bullet. “As micro dramas emerge as one of the most exciting content categories globally, our ambition is to build the operating layer that helps creators, studios and brands unlock this opportunity more effectively,” added Lalani.

A key differentiating aspect of Trinetra AI is its foundation in one of India’s richest multilingual entertainment intelligence ecosystems: Zee Entertainment Enterprises. Built on learnings derived from decades of storytelling patterns, audience behaviour and content consumption insights across ‘Z’, the platform has been developed with a deep understanding of Indian languages, cultures and viewing preferences.
Trinetra AI contains variables which are created based on the insights emanating from decades of storytelling patterns and audience behaviours, said a senior executive with the micro-drama app. “It will help creators move from intuition-led decision making to intelligence-led storytelling,” he shared.
The platform is powered by three proprietary engines: Trishul, focused on script intelligence and story evaluation, Rudra, which powers AI assisted visual production workflows and Damrooh, designed for multilingual audio creation and localization. Together, these engines help creators to develop, validate, produce, localise and monetise stories through a single workflow. Also Read: Ambani’s Jiostar platform bets big on all-AI series
“The AI race is no longer about access to models. It is about building intelligence on top of them. Trinetra AI has been designed as an orchestration layer that combines multiple AI capabilities with deep entertainment understanding rooted in Indian audiences,” said Saurabh Kushwah, co-founder and chief technology officer at Bullet. “What makes this platform unique is not just its ability to generate content, but its ability to help creators evaluate, refine and scale stories using insights derived from one of India’s most extensive entertainment ecosystems. We believe this combination of proprietary intelligence and AI innovation will define the next generation of content creation,” he added.
According to the FICCI-EY 2026 Media & Entertainment report, revenues from India’s micro-drama industry are estimated to grow to Rs2320 crore by 2028 from Rs 650 crore in 2025. This growth, the report said will be fuelled by rapid adoption of this format of storytelling by subscribers based in Tier-II and Tier-III cities, low-cost AI-enabled production and frictionless payments enabled by UPI AutoPay. The report observed that AI-led micro-drama production reduced costs by 20-25%. It is estimated that the average cost of a micro-drama series is between Rs10-15 lakh. A micro-drama series is shot in 10-15 days, shared a senior executive of a micro-drama app. At present, there are at least 45 micro-drama apps available for download in India.
