Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala): On the Kerala bar bribery scam, Union Minister V Muraleedharan alleged that this is the same model that Arvind Kejriwal had adopted in Delhi. He said, “The leaked audio tapes regarding the change in the Kerala government’s liquor policy expose the rampant corruption in the government of Kerala. This is the same model that Arvind Kejriwal had adopted in Delhi. I don’t know whether the amount differs and how much the amount differs. But in this case, bribe has been demanded from the bar owners of the whole state to bring about some changes in the liquor policy. I demand that if the state government has nothing to hide, then let them hand over the whole issue to a central agency for a free and fair impartial inquiry.”
