Speaking to ANI, Kedar knowledgeable that until as we speak no case of chook flu has been reported in Maharashtra.

“As per the data that we have now, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh have confirmed of chook flu. Because Maharashtra shares borders with a few of these states, we have now requested district authorities to maintain a strict vigil and issued a red alert within the state. If any case is reported, we have now made preparations for vaccines and medicines,” mentioned the minister.
