Happy Birthday Bharti Singh: Ever since beginning her career with The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, comedienne and television actress Bharti Singh has come a long way. One of the highest-paid Indian female celebrities, Bharti’s comic timing makes her a standout in the reality television scene. After proving her mettle in the comedy shows, she ventured into anchoring and hosted several shows, Comedy Nights Bachao, India’s Best Dancer, Dance Deewane 3, The Kapil Sharma Show and Laughter Chefs.

- Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment: One of a kind show where kitchen chaos meets comedic gold. Bharti Singh’s infectious energy as host turned the set into a homey kitchen with celebrities like Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Krushna, Abhishek, Karan Kundrra, Aly Goni, Rahul Vaidya and Rubina Dilaik adding to the star dust. Chef Harpal Singh served as the judge, sharing his valuable advice to the contestants.
- Nach Baliye Season 8: Bharti Singh participated in the renowned dance reality show as a contestant with her then-fiancé and now-husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa. She impressed judges in the show with her dance moves, hard work and dedication.
- Fear Factor Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 9: Beyond her comedic antics, Bharti Singh surprised everyone with her bravery and ability to perform stunts. Hosted by Rohit Shetty, the season also featured Punit Pathak, Shamita Shetty, Aly Goni and Jasmin Bhasin and Ridhima Pandit competing against each other in the show.

Bharti Singh’s Weight Loss Journey
Bharti Singh’s impressive weight loss journey left many inspired. She managed to shed 15-16 kg over a span of just 10 months – a transformation that left everyone surprised. Since then, she has continued a healthier lifestyle to stay fit. Earlier, in an episode of the Bharti TV podcast, she reflected on her weight loss journey, revealing that she reduced her weight from 91 kg to 76 kg.
“I am also surprised that I have lost so much weight. But I am happy that I am feeling healthy and fit now. I do not get breathless now and feel lightheaded. My diabetes and asthma are also under control,” said Bharti.
Bharti credited her weight loss to intermittent fasting, as she also mentioned following a 16:8 fasting schedule.
She added, “I don’t eat anything from 7 pm to 12 noon. I eat after 12 pm. I have eaten a lot of food for 30-32 years, and after that, I gave time to my body for one year and accepted everything.”
Despite the strict diet, Bharti never deprived herself of the food she enjoys eating.
