The fruit contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and iron. These nutrients enhance eye health and strengthen bones,” he said.
“Karonda helps boost immunity and prevent infections, contributing to overall body health. The fruit is available only for a few months each year, making its seasonal availability a valuable chance for those looking to benefit from its health properties,” added Dr Sahu.
