Israil (45) from Purnia district in Bihar is having just one dialog along with his fellow farm labourers lately and that’s the impression of agricultural legal guidelines. We help farmers.” Nakodar-based farmer Sukhwant Singh stated anxiousness was palpable among the many labourers.
