A 53-year-old man has allegedly dedicated suicide by capturing himself together with his licenced revolver following a row over misuse of funds in a neighborhood gurdwara at Fatehgarh Korotana village in Dharamkot sub-division of the Moga district on Wednesday morning, the police officers confirmed.
The deceased man has been recognized as Jang Singh, a former treasurer of the gurdwara managing committee.
The incident of firing happened exterior the gurdwara, the police officers stated, whereas including that Jang first tried to kill one other member of the gurdwara managing committee by firing pictures at him however the committee member fortunately had a slim escape.
