there
were
no
casualties
from
the
recent
fire
and
that
it
is
now
under
control.
“After
receiving
the
information
about
the
fire
incident,
fire
services
and
other
emergency
services
arrived
at
the
spot
within
five
minutes,” Bhaskar
said,
according
to
PTI.
“There
is
officially
no
loss
of
life,
but
the
investigation
is
underway.
Fire
is
under
control
now.”
Previous
Incidents
and
Causes
On
Thursday,
fires
broke
out
at
two
locations:
Police
Line
Camp
on
Bindu
Madhav
Marg
and
Ujjain
Ashram
Baba
near
Bapa
Sitaram
Pandal
on
Harishchandra
Marg,
Sector
18.
Although
two
tents
were
destroyed,
there
were
no
injuries
reported.
Chief
fire
officer
Pramod
Sharma
mentioned
that
a
short
circuit
caused
the
Police
Line
Camp
fire,
while
the
cause
of
the
ashram’s
hut
fire
remains
unknown.

At
Mahakumbh
Last
week,
another
fire
occurred
at
a
‘kalpvasi’
tent
in
Sector
19
of
the
temporary
township
for
Maha
Kumbh.
Officials
attributed
this
incident
to
a
gas
leak.
Earlier
on
January
19,
a
significant
fire
resulted
from
a
cylinder
explosion
in
Sector
19
of
the
Maha
Kumbh
Mela
area,
damaging
over
twelve
camps
but
causing
no
injuries.
Additional
Fire
Incidents
On
January
25,
two
vehicles
caught
fire
in
Sector
2
of
the
Maha
Kumbh
fair
area.
Fortunately,
these
incidents
did
not
result
in
any
casualties
either.
The
repeated
occurrences
of
fires
have
raised
concerns
about
safety
measures
during
this
large-scale
event.
