Hoshiarpur, May 30
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said that “Hoshiarpur is choti Kashi and Kashi was where Guru Ravidas was born”.
Modi was addressing an election rally in Hoshiarpur district in the last leg of the campaign ahead of the Phase 7 Lok Sabha elections on June 1.
He said that ending the election campaign from Hoshiarpur is an honour for him. “I have visited the entire country…people have decided to elect Modi sarkar for the third time. Today the country has new hopes and dreams…”
