Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Friday mentioned the BJP’s State Election Committee has shortlisted three names per constituency for the May 10 Assembly polls and the Parliamentary Board will meet in New Delhi on April 8 to focus on and finalise the record of candidates.
The Chief Minister is leaving for New Delhi this night.
“Tomorrow our Parliamentary Board assembly is there (in Delhi). After discussions at this time and tomorrow (on candidates) the Parliamentary Board will meet to finalise,” Bommai mentioned.
Speaking to reporters right here, he mentioned, “Opinions have been gathered from constituency and district stage, after which the State Election Committee has mentioned and has shortlisted three names (per constituency), will probably be mentioned and finalised by the Parliamentary Board in Delhi.” Ticket aspirants are ready for the BJP to announce the record of candidates, with the election date approaching.

The Congress has introduced candidates for 166 out of whole 224 seats, whereas JD(S) has introduced one record of 93 candidates.
The BJP that goals to come again to energy with absolute majority, has set a goal of profitable not less than 150 of the full 224 seats.
