the
individual.
One
X
user
shared
the
minute-long
clip,
expressing
concern
that
the
man
has
become
a
menace
in
Samastipur
by
regularly
filming
such
stunts
for
social
media.
The
post

“This

lives,
Samastipur
police
is
trying
to
save
him.
He
does
such
stunts

for
identification.
In

the
man
can
be

standing
on
the
moving
bike,
waving
at
passersby
as
he
rides
through
a
busy
street.
While
some
onlookers
were
shocked,
others
smile
and
wave
back
at
him.
The
individual,
identified
as
Niraj
Yadav,

They
replied,

Instagram,
leading
to
ongoing
frustration
among
social
media
users.
One
user
voiced
their
anger,
stating,
“Every
day
the
man
is
uploading
videos
on
Instagram,
if
you
want
I
can
show
you
when
he
uploads
his
video.
You
people
are
shamelessly
telling
lies
after
lies,” slamming
the
authorities
for
not
stopping
Yadav’s
actions.
