As a healthcare professional with over five decades of experience, I firmly believe that technology should augment, not replace, the human touch. While digital tools can streamline processes and provide valuable data, they cannot replicate the empathy, compassion, and reassurance that a patient receives from interacting with a skilled healthcare provider.
