Noisy scenes had been seen in the Punjab Assembly on Wednesday after the Speaker didn’t enable the adjournment motion of the Congress on the legislation and order challenge in the state. As Question Hour started in the funds session of the Vidhan Sabha right here, Leader of Opposition and Congress chief Partap Singh Bajwa requested the Speaker concerning the adjournment motion on the legislation and order challenge moved by his get together.

Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan advised Bajwa that it has been disallowed.
