New Delhi: National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the online registration for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2024 on Friday evening. The deadline for registration is March 9 till 9 PM.
As per Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, there shall be a uniform NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate courses in each of the disciplines i.e. BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses of Indian System of Medicine in all medical institutions governed under this Act. NEET (UG) shall be applicable to admission to BHMS course under National Commission for Homeopathy.
While application fee for general candidate is Rs 1,700, for General-EWS/ OBC-NCL, it is Rs 1,600 & for SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender it is Rs 1,000.The date of pen-paper mode examination is May 5, 2024.
